For guests who decide to come to Casa da Palmeira on the last moment, we can offer the next discounts, of course only if the apartment is still available .....like to know if your apartment-choice is still free in your favourite period, check here the availability.

Enjoy our last minute offer in the month of June 2009 (with perfectly sunny weather...!):

One week in a BIG Apartment 1 or 2  (7 days)  for only €. 590,=    (maximum of 4 persons)                    

A week in Apartment 3 or 4  (7 days) for only €. 490,=         (maximum of 4 persons)                         

no extra discount possible on these prices !

Discount when booking on short notice / last minute :

If you book an apartment within 3 weeks of your arrival you receive a discount of 10 %

If you book an apartment within 2 weeks of your arrival you receive a discount of 15 %

If you book an apartment within 1 week of your arrival you receive a discount of 20 %

These discounts do NOT apply on special (last minute) offers.

Discount when staying longer :

In all seasons, except in highseason (: July & August), you can get a price reduction if you stay for a longer period:

If you stay a minimum of 3 weeks, you will get a discount of 5 %.

If you stay a minimum of 4 weeks, you will get a discount of 15 %.

If you stay a minimum of 6 weeks, you will get a discount of 20 %.

If you stay a minimum of 8 weeks, you will get a discount of 25 %.

If you stay a minimum of 12 weeks, you will get a discount of 30 %.

Price-example:  2 months stay in apartment 3 in february/march will cost: 8 weeks x 210  - 25% discount  =  1260 Euro.

Discount when booking long time in advance : 

If you book an apartment 24 weeks (or more) before your arrival you get a discount of 5 %

This discount ALSO applies in the high season (: July & August) !

All prices mentioned are including clean towls 2 x a week and clean bedlinnen 1 x a week.

All prices are including endcleaning and the use of gas, water and electricity.

Minimum stay is 7 nights.

Total maximum discount can never go higher than 30 %.
