Welcome to Apartment 4 or "CASA LUNA" . It is divided into a livingroom with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Main theme here is the moon & stars with the colors dark blue, yellow, silver and white.

Apartment 4 has a total floorplan of 34 m2 and lies next to the swimmingpool, so if you want to dive in the water........ go ahead !

Apartment 4 is standard suited for 2 persons, but it is easily possible to stay with 3, 4 or even 5 persons.

In the livingroom you will find a nice sofa, which can be turned into a cosy comfortable twinbed. Ánd there is an extra bed on top of the couch with a ladder. Ofcourse all crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. is already prepared for 5 persons.

In front of the apartment is a nice terrace, where you can sit in or out of the sunshine. This terrace is adjacent to the swimming pool and the lean-to where you find the table tennis, darts and a lot of games, a couch and some easy chairs.

All windows can be closed by curtains ánd blinds. If you want to keep it cool inside during summer, close the blinds around 10.00 o'clock in the morning and open them again around 19.00 hours (7 pm).

When you enter the frontdoor you step inside the livingroom annex kitchen :

The livingroom has got a fine blue couch, that you can turn into a luxuous twinbed with good matrasses on it, furthermore there is a high singlebed with a ladder (exciting for children....to sleep "upstairs" !) , and ofcourse a table with chairs, a nice silver coffee table and a cupboard. 

The satelite-television has got more than 200 channels, among which are English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portugese, French and some other countries (there are also about 100 radio-channels).

The kitchen with a small bar has got all the comfort you want :

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, three-pit gasoven with extra oven underneath, refridgerator, watercooker, coffee-making machine. There is plenty of kitchen-utilities (like spoons, bowls, glasses, pots & pans to cook and bake, pair-of-scissors, matches, cups, etc. etc.) Ofcourse all crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. are already prepared for 5 persons. There is a window and twice a week you will get clean towels. 

The Bedroom has got a twinbed, big cupboard, clock-radio and 2 bedside tables, dressing table with mirror. A window (to be blinded). On the beds lie good matrasses and nice bedlinnen. Once a week you will get clean bedlinnen.

Through the hall between the living room and the bedroom you can reach the bathroom :

The bathroom is supplied with a toilet, bidet, washing table, shower, cupboard and mirror. Permanent hotwater suppy, so you won't get cold water, even if you are taking a shower with 5 persons one-after-another !

Clean towels are supplied two times a week. 

Outside on your terrace you have your own garden-table and -chairs along with a parasol. So you can sit in the sun or the shade whenever you want.

A seperate beachparasol and a cool-box (with the cooling elements ofcourse) is there to be taken to ...... the beach.

So you can sit in the shade and take some cool drinks and food with you to the beach. (For instance: it is delicious to eat slices of fresh and cold melon when you are sunbathing....)

When you want to book an apartment, you can either email, call or write us. If the apartment is still available we will send you a bookingscontract and you will have to do a downpayment of 30 % of the rental costs. Receivement of this downpayment is the definite confirmation on your booking. We will send you a message indicating that we have received your money (by bank) as a double check for all agreements made. On the bookings-contract you can find the apartment, dates, names and all costs. At the latest 6 weeks before the rental period the rest of the rental amount has to be paid (through international banking) and a temporary deposit of Euro 75,= . You will be noticed upon receiving again. If nothing is broken or lost at the end of your holiday, you will get back this Euro 75,= . As far as possible we will do all the contacts through email or telephone. On all the rentals we do we use the rules and terms of our Rental Conditions and Houserules.
