Welcome to Apartment 1 or "CASA AFRICANA". it is very spacious with over 100 m2. In this apartment you find a big living room. In front of the entrance you have a terrace with seats, a table, and a couch. As theme you will see "Africa" with main colors brown, yellow, beige with dark brown colonial furniture.

On the foto left you can see the entrance with the terrace in front of Casa Africana.

You can see on the pictures that all rooms have big windows, so it is nice and bright inside. All windows can be closed by curtains ánd blinds. If you want to keep it cool inside during summer, close the blinds around 10.00 o'clock in the morning and open them again around 19.00 hours (7 pm).

Apartment 1 is standard suited for 4 persons. In the livingroom are two extra twin-bed-couches with good matrasses. In that way it is possible to live and sleep with a maximum of 8 people in Casa Africana. Ofcourse all the crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. are already prepared for 8 persons.

You have your own frontdoor entrance on the groundfloor, which leads to this spacious living room. 

The livingroom has got an L-shape , is big and offers the possibility to put up 1 or 2 couches to be used as twin beds with good matrasses. There is a big table with chairs, nice furniture with easy chairs, cupboards, coffee table and satelite-television with more than 200 channels, among which are English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portugese, French and some other countries (there are also about 100 radio-channels).

The living room has got a half open kitchen:

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, four-pit gasoven with extra oven underneath, refridgerator, watercooker, coffee-making machine, toaster. There is plenty of kitchen-utilities (like spoons, bowls, glasses, pots & pans to cook and bake, pair-of-scissors, matches, cups, etc. etc.) There is a lot of light through a big window, which can be blinded. Twice a week you will get clean towels. 

From within the living room you have acces to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom :

Bedroom 1 has got a large twinbed (lits-jumeaux), big cupboard, dressingtable with mirror, clock-radio, 2 bedside tables, some chairs and again a big window (can be blinded). On the beds lie good matrasses and nice bedlinnen. There is a romantic black clambou hanging over the bed.

Once a week you will get clean bedlinnen. It is possible to put an extra bed in this room, so 3 people can sleep here.

We can say just about the same on bedroom 2: You have the disposal of a (typical Portugese) twinbed, spacious cupboard, dressingtable with mirror, clock-radio, 2 bedside tables and again a big window (to be blinded). You will find a nice white clambou above the bed.

You will receive clean bedlinnen once a week. 

The bathroom is supplied with a toilet, bidet, wash stand and a bath. Permanent hotwater heater, so you won't get cold water, even if you are taking a shower with 6 persons one-after-another !

Clean towels are supplied two times a week. 

Outside you have your own garden-table and -chairs and a nice couch along with a parasol. So you can sit in the sun or the shade whenever you want.

A seperate beachparasol and a cool-box (with the cooling elements ofcourse) is there to be taken to ...... the beach.

So you can sit in the shade and take some cool drinks and food with you to the beach. (For instance: it is delicious to eat slices of fresh and cold melon when you are sunbathing....)

bookings:

When you want to book an apartment, you can either email, call or write us. If the apartment is still available we will send you a bookingscontract and you will have to do a downpayment of 30 % of the rental costs. Receivement of this downpayment is the definite confirmation on your booking. We will send you a message indicating that we have received your money (by bank) as a double check for all agreements made. On the bookings-contract you can find the apartment, dates, names and all costs. At the latest 6 weeks before the rental period the rest of the rental amount has to be paid (through international banking) and a temporary deposit of Euro 75,= . You will be noticed upon receiving again. If nothing is broken or lost at the end of your holiday, you will get back this Euro 75,= . As far as possible we will do all the contacts through email or telephone. On all the rentals we do we use the rules and terms of our Rental Conditions and Houserules.
